As the Chairman ,Mr Ibrahim Baayeh Licensed Player Agent by the English FA ,is the brain behind Lithersports. Baayeh oversees all activities of the company.
A graduate with qualification in Bsc Mental Health Nursing and Computer Science and System Management, his attention to detail is comparable to none .
Mr Ibrahim Baayeh has enormous experience in grassroots football and coupled with his attention to details with over 7 years of Military service, you are guaranteed a solution not a problem.

Nick is fully involved in the day to day runing of Lithersports,including scouting and identifiying the best talents .With his vast experience in the game both as a player and Coach,you are guaranteed the right consultation and advice.Nick is a graduate and holds qualifications in Bsc(Hons) Physics,Medical diagnostics and management with over 10 years of military service ,no stone is left unturned when it comes to delivery of services.

Lithersports was initially Started as a passionate good gesture of support to young and talented players in 2011 by the Chairman ,Mr Ibrahim Baayeh.This passion for the game of football and the willingness to identify and support talented players who otherwise struggle to maximise their potential. In a Business meeting with Mr Nicholas Donkor, Both parties realise they share the same passion and eventually led to the creation of Lithersports and Player Management in 2013.
Lithersports and Player Management is a company that manages the careers of professional footballers and currently has office in Colchester England with representative contacts Worldwide.
